Public Service Announcement: Do Not Watch Deadly Ghost
March 24, 2008
Wow, I realized I haven’t blogged in ages. That’s what work and non-stop popping of Panadols does to a person’s mind.
From when I last blogged till now, there has been a new federal Cabinet, UMNO is fighting among themselves, UMNO is fighting with the Sultan of Terengganu, and Zaid Ibrahim and Sabeery Cheek have released some interesting comments (no action thus far). However, I do not have the time nor mental capacity at this moment in my life to blog about these issues. My apologies…
However, I did find time to relax, and decided to watch this Thai horror movie called “Deadly Ghost”. The show is so bad, that I deem it necessary to warn you, fellow Malaysians, or anybody else reading this article, that this will be one of the worst movies you will ever watch, and its not even worth the price of a pirated VCD. Save your money and buy your kids ice-cream. It’s barely scary, the story is overly complicated, and the acting isn’t really great either. This show should be named “Boring Dead People With Dark Complexions” to be more accurate.
I would rather watch reruns of the Gremlins or Critters, or Alien vs. fucking Predators, and not have to watch this show again.
The reviewers of this film here are lying to you. I’m not. Give this show a miss. Go watch Duyung or something. At least you get to see Maya Karin in seashells.
