5 Questions For Mohd Saiful Bukhari
July 1, 2008
Update 5th August 2008: Read my views on Mohd Saiful Bukhari’s blog.
The most sought after figure in the country right now is NOT Anwar Ibrahim, but our elusive friend, Mr. Mohd Saiful Bukhari. Right now, as the entire country is still trying to GUESS (that’s all we can do, anyway) what is the game plan behind all these allegations, the best person to shed light on this whole matter is none other than the accuser himself. If he chooses to tell the truth, that is.
At this moment, he is still in hiding, and according to his uncle, “under police protection”. I say to him, you can’t hide forever. Azizan Abu Bakar (the sodomized driver) had it easy because the Internet was not a very popular medium then, and most people don’t know how he looks like. But if Mohd Saiful chooses not to clarify things soon, it would only do him more harm than good. This is Malaysia after all, whereby rumors can easily be turned into half-truths or truths, unless you can absolutely disprove it.
The country has many questions for Mohd Saiful. If he does make a public appearance soon, which I hope he does, he should be prepared to answer the following 5 questions:
1. Was he really sexually assaulted by Anwar Ibrahim? If he was not, who pressured him to make the report?
2. If he was sexually assaulted by Anwar Ibrahim, then why did he allow Anwar to get away with it more than once (based on his police report)?
3. If the sex was not consensual, how did an old man force himself onto a strapping young man 23 years of age (as noted by the analysts in Malaysiakini)? Were there accomplices? Was he drugged?
4. How will he address all the concerns about his pictures with government ministers floating around the net? Was he a spy? Or just want to ‘tumpang glamour’?
5. How will he address the allegation that he was physically campaigning for Anwar Ibrahim, but was actually campaigning online (via his Friendster) for Barisan Nasional during the last General Elections?
There are tons more questions people will want to ask, if you’ve got any leave them in the comments to share.
However, one thing is for sure. If in the case that he was really innocent and was sodomized by Anwar, it would be better for him to make a public appearance and explain (and let the entire country judge him), rather than be automatically assumed as guilty of collaborating with the BN government to smear Anwar’s name.

i’m glad to give an opportunity to share with all the readers or even bloggers regarding to this hot issue. I am not to judge anyone but in my opinion we as Malaysians should not make any accuses to this particular man. We hove no right to ask him (saiful) why or who pressured him to make an accusation. Let the police make the investigation first and then they (Dato’ Anwar and Saiful) will be judge with a very just procedure. Thank you

The past events were too hot to handle
UMNO leaders couldn’t find a way to shove it
Deflecting the accusations amongst its leaders
Corruptions and rampant allegedly cronyism
Then RPK filed his statutory declaration
On the on-going trial of the murder case
On Malaysian soil linked to the political elite
Naming names and accusations of covering up
The heat wave is strong
The haze adds the strong medicine
So these elite leaders brain storming
Until they find a better solution
Repackage a movie use the same script
And it blew into the Malaysian scene
So-do-my!
The people jump into the wagons
Clamoring for news temporary forgetting the real issues
About tariff hike and economic activities slowing down
They just want to forget the headaches
And they throng into droves waiting for the juicy story
Now I think the UMNO hatchet men did
Calling their mole(s) play one more game
Let him take the fall presumably he was sodomized
By the same man who nearly could become PM one day
I read his police report…………
He seems to be scared
As if he has no choice but to do it
Knowing it could be false…………..
“Saya ingin buat laporan polis…..”
If it is true, he should have written
“Saya membuat laporan polis…”
I know there are many questions
I doubt we will get to know
UMNO will hide it and fan out the lies
To say how innocent this young man is
This is a private matter
Between 2 consenting adults
Even in Islamic circles
They were clerics interpreted differently
But our Penal Code is out of time in this issue
Singapore passed amendments to make it suits current time
So for Muslims try them under Syariah Law
Let the issue lays to rest………….

wan lee89,
Unfortunately, the ruling party has no credibility. Unfortunately, the police have no credibility either as they have proven time and time again to be working for the ruling party. The judiciary’s credibility is not much better as well, due to the limited reforms proposed by the ruling party. I wouldn’t be overly optimistic of a ‘just procedure’.

Fellow Citizens,
The statement by the family of Mohd Saiful link above bear some earmarks of possible untruths and create more questions than it answers.
I am sure many of you may have similar questions youselves after reading the news report.
This reminds me , many years ago when my older boy was 2 years old,
he tripped my CD tower and it came crashing down to the floor, when I got there, he planted his stuffed toy near the carnage and said “teddy did it” with innocent eyes and expected me to believe it.
I see denials from the government of the day and their apologists to sometimes have as much sophistication as “teddy bear” denials.
Now back to the statement by Saifuls family ( which to me sounds like a poorly written script ) :-
Quote~
We are not getting any backing from the Government. We are on our own but as a family we fully support Saiful.
While it is good to stick up for a family member, why presume when there is yet any accusations, very few
genuine victims talk about motive, collusion or bribes- most just scream for justice.
Quote~
“We had asked for the Government’s help but they have chosen to back off and not dirty their hands,” he said when met at his house here yesterday
Who in the government did you go to ? Please elaborate how they chose to back off ?
Quote~
The uncle added that they had repeatedly called the Inspector-General of Police but were told to stop calling his number.
So in other words you expect us to believe thatafter being turned away by Government officials you believed that the IGP
who is widely seen as doing the bidding of the political masters would help you.
You could have gone to Suhakam, Bar Council, Amnesty International or other independent bodies to help you.
Quote~
He said his nephew had initially approached the Bukit Aman police station to lodge his report against Anwar but they turned him away upon learning who he was accusing.
Again names please, time you went there and what transpired, you expect us to believe that they are more afraid of Anwar now then when he was the DPM.
Quote~
Mohd Saiful eventually found a police station in Kuala Lumpur which was willing to accept his report, his uncle added.
Please name us the station and the brave officer who took the report that the Government officials , IGP and Bukit Aman dared not touch,
he or she deserves a medal.
Quote~
“Saiful is no longer in the hospital but is under police protection and even our family does not know his whereabouts,” he said.
Forgive my sarcasm, but do you expect us to believe that despite the governments and top police officials refusal to get involved,
they are now providing Saiful protection, when Anwar is holed up in the Turkish Embassy asking for a guarantee to his safety,
and when the DPM was pressed as to providing police protection for Anwar, the best he could commit is “I leave it to the police to decide”.
Quote~
The uncle said the family would eventually hold a press conference to allow Saiful to “explain from A to Z” his accusations against Anwar.
Trial by media, when a defamation suit has already been filed by Anwar against your nephew- a very daring feat indeed for one
who claims to have no backing, we all know what sodomy is -no need to explain, we are more interested in the evidence you have,
I would advise against it as the police have yet to establish a prima-facie case.
Quote~
“Our family is a small family and we do not benefit in any way from Saiful’s revelation
I fail to see any correlation between the size of your family and deriving benefits from this episode,
your reasons are incoherent akin to someone under threat, why go on repeating the “not gaining anything” mantra
when the issue should be justice.
Quote~
“We are not getting any money and in fact our family is being cut off by other people.
For cying out loud, enough already, if you dont benefit, are you doing it under duress ?
If so who is threatening you ?
Quote~
“Saiful is sacrificing himself for the country even though he knows that society will scorn him and the family for his accusation,” the uncle said
Oh really , then name the government officials who resused to help, the police station that refused to take the report, and let action be taken against them,
you will truly help the country this way.Why use the word “sacrifice” if you were truly wronged you should ask for justice.
Quote~
He said Mohd Saiful had also contemplated suicide as he felt that he had committed a sin.
So is this an admission to bisexuality, that it was consensual ? Does your nephew understand that
if it was consensual, he is admitting to an offence under the penal code, in that case do you not wonder
why he isnt being charged with “carnal intercourse against the order of nature” ?
You expect us to believe that after his admission he is being given protection and not being charged,
to be standard procedure ? I am sure the religious authorities would be more than happy to provide him with
counselling since he has repented and after he serves jail term of course.
Quote~
The uncle said he had been a strong supporter of Anwar but was disillusioned now.
Really ? Come to a conclusion so soon, before the evidence has been adduced, or
did you witness the act personally ?
Quote~
On why Mohd Saiful had pictures with of him posing with Cabinet Ministers and a Prime Minister’s Department aide, his uncle said it was normal for a student leader to take pictures with government officials.
True, but the DPM quoted “He explained that the photograph was taken on Feb 12 this year after Anwar’s aide had come there with a friend to meet his (Najib’s) officer for assistance to secure a government scholarship for further education”.
Now how is it that straight A students line up at PSD some in vain to get scholarships , when your nephew a UNITEN dropout can see the DPM’s officer.
and you expect us to believe that he has no ties whatsoever with the government.

Vijay Kumar Murugavell

Marvelous inquiry into Saiful’s uncle statements by Vijay. In fact, i was laughing my A** off the floor when I read about it. So many loopholes and tell-tale signs that it is a cover-up. Maybe he should be giving a statutory declaration then to prove what he said was right and the truth. Statutory Declaration has been so in-fashion nowadays, everyone should make one especially when you don’t trust the government, police or the court in determining the truth!!

Malay Politician BOLEH? or stupid?

If our police is reliable enough, medical officer is clean enough, jurisdiction is good enough..then we should not worry about this..but, if all of them has been manipulated by somebody, or party..then there is the think we should think about our future…if such thing happen to ourself or relative, who will help us?

Saiful Bukhari Azlan works on a one-night stand offering ‘liwat or so-do-my’ services for a price and for ‘his personal satisfaction’ to any males of any nationality whether malay, indian and chinese, whom are in need of such taboo life. (Hes always longed for amazing sodomy moments with full-blown intimate emotions with his customers). I agreed on an opinion where he could no longer tolerate ‘dull’ , lack of emotions, straight-forward, fast-forward, quickie attempts by some old man who looked like Anwar Ibrahim. Yes, a look-alike, probably the evil-twin of him. This is really bad situation. You as the people of Malaysia are really doomed.

Dear Reader,
This is indeed a conspiracy against the man who wants to contest in by elections. And frankly Barisan is so intimidated by Anwar that they are trying to thwart him from being active in politics.
Saiful is another ferry tale who is acting as PUPPY on behalf of the government to eradicate the threat which is inevitable not to encounter.
In Malaysia every one knows, if you let police to do their work, they will do their work to the utmost that Anwar has to serve probably another 5 years in the prison. As a Malaysian, I witnessed how disgusting and terrifying our police officers can be.
In regards to Islamic Oath, as a Muslim, you can’t involve Quran to convince the others of your innocence or some one’s guilt. So I would rather call it Bull Shit Saiful.
The cynic will say that photos of the individuals that you are with in the photos look so homosexual. And whatever the allegations happening is all staged by you and some one who is serving government and desperate power crazy guy.
We all should not forget that Anatulya’s case has not been over with the disappearance of PI Bala, and I strongly presume that this is another gimmick to take away people’s mind from the case which has embarrassed Malaysians throughout world. Allegation has been linked explicitly with DPM and his majesty is using Saiful for his own sake.

Wahai Saiful,
Awak telah dibayar utk memfitnah diliwat tanpa rela. Awak setuju sebab dapat duit banyak dan janji konspirator utk melindungi awak walau dlm apa keadaan sekalipun. Kerajaan sgt laju bertindak, kononnya, komited hendak melindungi mangsa. (Sedangkan kes bunuh Altantuya, pengadu RPK yg dikejar/disoal/didakwa, bukannya nak siasat tertuduh, Najib & Rosmah).
Mereka peduli apa tentang maruah awak, asalkan REPUTASI ANWAR JATUH!!! Kalau tak, tak merasa la diorang duduk kat kerusi empuk PM tu!
Lu pikir la sendiri!!
Logik ka?

Assalamualaikum. Tak mahu komen banyak. Cuma persoalannya jika Anwar benar mengapa beliau tidak mahu bersumpah atas nama Allah???? Mengapa???
August 22, 2008 at 8:43 am
sheryn,

Shheesshhhh after reading all the posts i must say that its the malaysian public who are at the short end of the straw… we have childish politics going on and the malaysian economy and us are the ones paying the price.. not to mention if any of you guys have been abroad… the news being shown all over the world is really embarassing! One more thing… muslims must use the quran to learn about life not to USE the quran to serve their own means.. that is a real disgrace!
